The Day-of Goods Experience

Stay tuned for more details, but here's a solid overview of the timeline and process!

01. Request a Proposal

Request a Proposal Starting with weddings in 2025, I will only provide day-of stationery for my invitation clients. If you are one of my invitation clients, please email me with the items and quantities you need for your day-of stationery. If you have any questions about what’s possible, feel free to ask, and I’ll let you know!

02. Review Your Proposal

I will email your proposal for review within a few days. Once you’re satisfied, you can sign the contract and submit your deposit to secure your spot on my calendar!

03. Design and Revisions

When it is time to start designing I will send a questionnaire for you to fill out with all of your details. We will go through several revision rounds to get everything just right! For guest-specific items we will design ahead of time and add guest details after your RSVPs are received.

04. Production, Assembly, and Delivery

After you are pleased with your designs we will begin production and any required assembly. This part of the process typically takes about 3 weeks to complete and is the most fun!

I provide a variety of items including welcome signs, seating charts, escort cards, programs, table numbers, menus, place cards, bar menus, guestbook signs, favor signs, and other small format signs. My previous projects have utilized materials such as paper, fabric, and acrylic.

Clients of BCCsArt typically spend between $2,000 and $4,500 on their day-of stationery and signage.
