It takes about 3 weeks in total. The flowers need to throughly dry in the silica gel, especially if they are freshly cut. All moisture needs to be eliminated to ensure no mold grows! After this, they are covered in several layers of resin, cured, and assembly is required. After this, they are ready to be worn!
